any advice please?

Started reading around here before this post. I'm new to this genre, so I ordered disposible No.7 I'm hooked on the concept. I really like tobacco flavor but I find the vapor is harsh and makes me cough. I normally smoke Camel lights. The 901 sounds like it may be good for me. Any thoughts? I don't have alot of money to be testing them all!

I just started and I got the Joye 510 based on recommendations I got from here and my friend and I have to say I like it and it is comparable to smoking for me anyway.

I'd get the 510 too. vaping does make a lot of people cough the first few days. I think the key is to learn to draw it into the mouth and then from there into the lungs, instead of directly into the lungs. It's also much cheaper to buy liquid and fill your own carts, that also allows you to try a number of different flavors. I've noticed that after you use a flavor for a couple of days your taste buds seem to stop tasting it, so you can switch it up and avoid what I have started calling "taste bud fatigue."

Most Important: make sure you get MANAUL switch batteries (small button) and not auto switch batteries. Much better performance, consistency and reliability. I would also go with the Joye 510 or the new MANUAL battery DSE901 (not the auto battery one).

Also, don't use prefilled carts. Bad taste and way more expensive than getting liquid and refilling your self. I would suggest stating with 24 or 18mg strength liquid because you can always make it weaker but you can't make it stronger.

To me, the 510 gives ya that kick that a analog does so it may help you keep off them till ya get into it more, then experiment... Im a 510 guy all the way!

That should really be a sticky I did read that and it helped me make some good choices.

We are pretty new, so I may not be much help, we started In July with 901's. Theyve helped us quit smoking, completely, but im so jelous (sp?) when seeing these ppl with huge clouds of vapor, and the 901's are just a pain in the youknowhat. So Im not even fooling around, this month we are going big and getting the janty stick. Point is- 901 works, unreliable, pain....but it works lol. Good luck!
