Any and all 510 related info needed!

So I've been searching for days for anything and everything related to the 510 model. Everything seems so scattered in these forums. Since people seem so helpful to new users and are willing to supply info, can anyone link me to any 510-related threads that you know of? I would greatly appreciate it.

Like I said, I am interested in ANYTHING 510-related. Modifications, carts, cartos, attys, cleaning, filling, preferences, pollyfill, accessories, pros, cons, problems, fixes, alternate hardware, anything and everything.

If any admin feel they should copy this post to somewhere more applicable for more results please do.
If that sounds crazy, please even move to a place more applicable. The more info I get, the better. Plus it could help others looking for the same info. Maybe even an entire model-related section for 510's (and other popular models, not wanting to offend people's preferences).

Everything is so scattered because 510s have been around so long and so much has changed around them. In the old days, when someone referred to a 510, there was a reasonable chance that they were talking about the joyetech 510 e-cig. Two years ago, everyone was trying a million different mods to get the crappy 510 cartridges to stop melting and start wicking. That was a huge subject around here, but now nobody really uses cartridges anymore. Then, the thing was polyfill burning in cartomizers, both 510 and 808, and a million posts were made about that. But then the clearomizers came out and there wasn't so much discussion about that. People started talking about how to make clearomizers work worth a darn.

At some point, the ego's and a bunch of mods started getting popular and the discussions revolved around them, because they used 510 connections. So anything 510 could apply to egos and mods as well as the 510 type batteries.

Since 510 is a thread designation as well as a general model name, the information you seek is contained in dozens of forums covering everything from atomizers to VV mods. There is no way to effectively sift it out. Since the 510 is the most popular thread pattern, virtually every discussion about hardware and accessories relates to a 510 in some way or another. If you were looking for info on one of the lesser used patterns, like the 901 or 4081, for example, you might have a prayer of doing what you want. As it is, all you can do is use 510 for a search term and be prepared for a barrage of thousands of hits. Feel free to try to compile them in some semblance of order. I won't hold my breath.

510 is pretty much a connection type designation - male on the attachment, female on the battery with a specific threat pitch, depth and whatever... Since it's the most popular, you're basically asking: "tell me everything about vaping devices"
