Safe to say, I messed up. I accidentally put the Aegis X firmware on my device, and now it's just a black screen. I can't seem to find any clues to a working firmware. I'd greatly appreciate any help.
Geekvape site has a live chat 24/7.
Since I also have two models of this box, I took the opportunity to get an explanation. The operator told me to:
Kindly off the device and press the + and - buttons at the same time. Once the version information displays, press the fire, - and + buttons at the same time to reset.
They also asked for my email, where they should contact me. If they send me the firmware, I'll pass it on to you. You can try reaching out to them as well, but I think I was very lucky with the representative I got.

Geekvape used to be one of the companies that was allowed to post on ECF and had their own sub forum for a while. I went searching through the archives and found a post from their representative that had a link to the firmware. Alas, they are no longer using that support company and all their data is no longer available.
Every "official" link I've found is no longer good.
Unfortunately, I haven't received anything yet. Try contacting Geekvape through the chat on their website—if you keep trying, you'll eventually find a competent representative. When I had to review the Legend 3, I had to contact three different reps just to find out whether the 510 plate was made of stainless steel or aluminum, as it was hard to tell in the black colorway. Try asking if they can provide you with the email for their warranty department or something similar. If you have Facebook, they likely have a group where you'll find many more people who own Geekvape products.
I don't have that specific firmware, but have you tried hitting up any of the vaping subreddits? Those guys are usually super knowledgeable and might have a copy or know where to find one.
