Any difference between low voltage + lr atty/carto vs high voltage+ high voltage atty/carto?

Hi there. I wanted to ask whats the main difference between low voltage + lr atty/carto vs high voltage+ high voltage atty/carto?

Correct me if im wrong but technically i should get same result/vaping experience with lr carto on lets say 4.2 and hv 3ohm on 6v right?

I think you have it about right.
Watts= V^2 x R
So using a low voltage 3.4-3.7 device and low resistance 1.7-2.2 Ohms can have some overlap wattage values of a high voltage 5-6v device with high resistance 2.8-4.0 Ohm atty/cartomizer.

The biggest difference I first noticed was shorter draws. It takes less draw time with higher volts and ohms to get the same vape it does at lower voltages. I've noticed also battery life is a bit better due to higher ohms pulling less current combined with the shorter draw time.

I just started with VV vaping with higher resistance cartos, and, was ( and still am) using 3.7 stuff with LR cartos.

So far........ as long as I'm getting about 8 watts or so (sweet spot for me) both are very similar to me and give me the same nice vape. If I go higher when using VV, I do get a warmer vape but less vapor and flavor....... To me anyway, it seems 8-9 watts works well for both vape and carto wicking at a semi heavy vape speed.

From my observations reading threads in the mod forum, Most folks sweetspot is in the 7-8 watt range. Mine is 7.5-7.8
