We seem to like the same things so was wondering what you thought of the smart carts?
Still haven't decided really, as I haven't put any time into getting just the right amount/type of filler. So far I do like the smart carts better than regular or Lucids when it comes to popping one on right out of the box with no tweaking or modding.
For me, with 510 and 901 atties all the carts have somewhat thin vapor and a harsher TH (not really 'burn-like' but more harish), and you don't get too many hits back to back without having to let the PV rest and soak up some more
juice.
I'm sure if I spent some time tinkering to get just the right amount and type of filler in there it'd be quite nice. I don't have any blue foam or PTB at the moment to experiment with. Later I will try just trimming off a bit of the stuff that comes in it for a more fluffy cart and see how that goes.
Now on the 801 atomizers with carts (would definately need adaptors with 808 batteries)...I've had very good luck. I really like the 801 for those after dinner flavors that I don't really use often enough for a cartomizer, and just want occasionally for an hour or so when not in the mood to drip. Right out of the box...soak a native 801 cart with around 30 drops..prime up the bridge with another 5 to 8 drops and pop it in...it rivals alot of the cartomizers out there in that it holds a decent amount and I can hit it back to back pretty fast for many puffs. The 801 is a bit cooler type of vape, yet nice and tasty, since it is so deep (even when dripping). In fact...even with all the dualies and
tanks and stuff I have...I'm finding an HV 801 on my Darwin to be one of my favorite setups here lately (been into light fluffy citrus and delicate choclate/mint flavors the past week or so).
I'm guessing a Mega 510 might be similar to an 801 but with a looser draw in terms of how the cart performs...never tried a Mega 510 atty tho'.
