If you have no other alternative, use a toothpick. Place one end inside the clearomiser and pour down the toothpick. The liquid will naturally follow the path of least resistance.

We are looking for a solution here that can be had in Singapore... I would be willing to send the OP some plastic 5 ml dropper bottles even - if I thought they would make it past SG customs.
