Any issues with mailing (USPS) e-liquid?

Assuming not, given all the vape mail. But looking to mail 1st-time, person to person..


Will use a bubble-padded envelope.

Declare as a liquid?

I asked the post office why they ask if there is liquids in the package. They said that if something were to leak it could require an inspection and the costs incurred would be passed on to you.
With that said, just make sure to put it in a ziploc bag in case it was to leak for any reason.
