I know what you mean....I have placed so many orders from so many different companies just to get a few of everything, but I have never seen a supplier sell PG. The industry is growing so fast that small business can't keep up with demand. Get what you really need, then wait for a supplier to get fully stocked again, and then go wild

Why don't they carry it? Simple economics.

Most of them carry 0 nic juices, which they sell for the same price as their other strengths... $30 per ounce approximately.

The only difference between 0 nic juice and PG is a little flavoring, and PG sells for $22/gallon, or 17 cents per ounce.

Can you see where they'd be shooting themselves in the foot?

[edit]

Also, keep in mind that 30ml is one ounce. Bottles this size cost around 50-75 cents each, depending on if they are plastic or glass. If you were to buy a 30ml bottle for more than a dollar, you are paying too much... even allowing for a profit.

I understand the economics but there is one other factor not considered here, customer service. I noticed midwest has bottles, an example of going the extra mile for customers. This is what I'm talking about, making it easy to shop for your needs all in one place. I for one would not mind if a 30ml bottle of PG was a couple of dollars if I could get it all in one place with my order.

You said it! Thanks to your do you like money thread...I'm now a die-hard DYI'er. I don't mind shopping around for deals when it's saving me a lot of money in the long run. I can spend the extra on atties and batteries now :D

The question of where to buy PG comes up quite often. People are used to paying a large premium on small amounts of a product. Look at LorAnn dram size bottles as an example.

I imagine the convenience of getting a pharmaceutical grade PG while buying the juice would be a factor. Combine it with water based flavors from LorAnn, pharmaceutical grade glycerin, bottles of unflavored nicotine, and convenient measuring tools and containers and a site could have a very appealing one-stop DIY juice stop.

Even if there is a premium to be paid, I imagine there could be a market there for many.

I would be willing to carry it, but I need peoples input on how they would like it packaged. 10ml 20ml 30ml 50ml just examples

Actually 120ml (4 oz) would be nice. That would be a good size and if it could be supplied in a glass bottle with a dropper that would be cool too.

Or maybe just 60ml (2oz), but still in a glass bottle with a dropper. Hey maybe you could stock both sizes!

I agree on the glass bottle with droppers would be the best fit. But one thing that has to be considered with that, is you are looking at well over a dollar for the bottle alone. So I dont see me paying well over a dollar for a empty bottle plus the cost to get the PG then time packaging and then sell it for $2.00. I am not out screw the customer, but I am in this to make profit. The million dollar question is whats a fair price for the customer and supplier. As you can see I have read people request of what they want and I have provided(empty bottles). I am all for doing the PG, but it has to be a worthwhile deal for me and the customer.
