Any know if a pair of 18350 AW IMR will fit in the grand ?

Just wondering if anyone has a pair of AW IMR 18350 batts they could try in their grand.

I found a good atty for 7.4v vaping (more on that after some additional testing time)
I've been using a pair of AW 16340 batts, but if it keeps working well I might want to try the 18350 for the better fit dia wise and bigger mAh.

If they were not IMR I don't think they would make it .... 70mm is pushing it......
But RED IMR's seem to run pretty short or right on the money so they might just squeeze in a grand.
I wouldn't try it in a woodvil though.

Anyone tried it ..... or could check the fit for me before I purchase.

Go for it BH. You know your Grand well, and will be able to tell if the fit works. I can't wait to hear the results.

The 18350s are way to tight Tim the aw 16340s will fit but there even to snug in my opinion. I think I could adjust a delrin insert so you will have some spring buffer pm me if your interested

Yes, I have a pair of 18350's and as Rob stated, they are really tough to get into a Grand. I have looked at them lying in my misc. box and thought about trying them for a 7.4v vape but didn't try to fit them until you asked. I don't think its a good idea without Rob's modification.

Anyway the atty I found at 4.5Ω (metered 4.8) didn't hold up like I had hoped it would.
I love the HV vaping when I start a fresh atty, but the flavor goes poof and gone after just a couple of hours with it.

The best high(er) voltage set-up I have found to date is still the 5v batt and a SR 2.3Ω Joye atty.
Thats some good stuff right there.
