Any long term Triton users?

In January I bought a G6 starter kit and I really love it. I use cartos with Tribeca and mini tanks for other liquids that I try. It's been really great and I haven't had a cig in a month. What I like about the G6 is the discreet size of the unit and the vape seems to be pretty solid. Like any new user I read about other equipment and am thinking I may appreciate an upgrade from the G6. Having said that, I thought the Triton may be a good unit for longer battery life, better vapor, etc... It seems like most users are fairly new that use the triton, and I'm wondering whether any of you have used the triton for a long period of time, or is it another stepping stone to a mech mod or some other ending point?

Your input is greatly appreciated.
Mike

It all depends on your mindset, if your a natural tinkerer or hobbyist, then it may end up being a stepping stone. But the Triton is top quality gear and for a good deal of us it's the end-all and be-all of our collection.

even the smallest Triton battery has about 80% more battery life than the 78mm G6, and the power draw is more consistent. Plus, the Triton fits your G6 carto's and mini-tanks as well as the very impressive Triton tanks.

I've been using the triton since November, it's way better than the g6. The battery life is excellent, tanks work great and all my favorite juice is amazing in it. I have the 650mah Batts and those last a whole day plus for me. I've been using my vv (variable voltage) Batts the most. I like being able to tweak in the volts for each one of my flavors. I thought about getting a mod, but it seemed like a hassle. Find a good mod, buy the battery and a charger buy a tank blah blah blah. The triton Is a one stop deal. All you need to have, halo sells do you don't have to bounce around finding stuff. If you looking to upgrade, try the triton. It won't disappoint you.

Welcome blues72, I'm like you I use the G6 w/cartos for work and around the public. I do have the Triton for at home use.

I have the 650's and one battery will last me all day. I can use the cartos with the cone thingy that comes with the Triton starter kit and mini tanks on the Triton batteries too.

I'm not a tinkerer and I don't want to fiddle with rebuilding things. The Triton does produce more flavor and vaper than the G6. I love both systems, they are both easy to maintain and quality products.

Read around this forum and you'll see a lot of people bought mods chasing a bigger cloud and come back to the Ttiton.

I bought my Tritons at the beginning of December. Yes, I also purchased more shiny, fancier mods, but I still use my Tritons - mainly when I go out and about, or when I travel, because they'e so small and discrete (unlike the bigger shinies LOL). I'm quite sure Tritons will always have a major spot in my vaping routine, simply because of their reliability and size!

I've used the Triton since October. Fantastic unit. You obviously like the quality of the Halo G6. Get a Triton (with the 650mAh batteries).

You might go forward to other "mods", and spend lots of money trying this or that.

I love reading about others who bought this box thing and that $150 tube that holds batteries and this tank/carto/atty. And return saying the Triton still gives superb performance.

Let me make you all laugh on that subject: the other day the new MVP2 Shine came out. I just had to have a sparkly purple one with Swarovski crystals, so I found it at a good price and placed the order. When it arrived I was shocked at how HUGE and heavy (and awkward to use) it was. So, I sent it back LOL

Everybody

As usual the responses I get here at ECF are completely helpful. Thank you so much for your insight and experiences. It looks like there will be a Triton in my future... Gotta wait until i at least break even on my banner savings below and I'm currently $150 invested in hardware and juices... lol...

Thanks again
Mike

For me the end all be all is the Triton Variable Voltage. It is a major step up from a regular triton, and I highly recommend. I don't know why someone would want more vapor than that. The big plus is that the voltage is regulated, and the battery will not get weak as it dies.

The regular tritons are plenty good too, and I enjoy using them.

I just use my triton at home. I feel the world is not ready to see large mods/mech in public without the word crack/.... head as their first thought that comes to their mind iol. I use white cigalikes just to avoid attention lol.

I leave my club smoke machine at home. (I wonder if I can get the smoke fluid with nic...)

I use the Triton out. I stress to anyone who asks about it that it's my vape system. I do not use the term e-cig. I think, as a community, that we should distance ourselves from cigs. Obviously, governments don't.

These bright orange banner alerts I see every week at the top of the forum are a complete travesty. I proudly use the term electronic cigarette, and as such I feel no negative connotation. The terminology does not change the cold hard facts for those that seek them, and at the end of the day that is all it comes down to.

The government cares not for public safety, so long as they can stick their hand in the cookie jar.

You are either intelligent or misinformed, and ignorance is bliss. Vape proudly and loudly without discretion.
