Any one else having problems with E-Smokey treats as far as service of product ?

I ordered my 901 from this company and have had problems with the atomizer right from the beginning, contacted Phil the owner and was told he would mail out new replacements. I have been in contact with him 3 times and he has told me every time he will get them sent out so far it has been 7 days and I have still not recieved my replacement parts. Just wondered if anyone else has had problems with this company?

I'm a newbie, but have ordered from Phil twice. First order was in my hands on the opposite side of the country 2 days later. I can't say anything about delivery of the second order, as I just placed it yesterday. Twice I've called him with questions; twice he returned my call and was very helpful.

Most of the suppliers are out of various items lately... maybe Phil's in the same situation. I was on a hunt for extra batteries and atomizers yesterday - they weren't easy to find!
