I bought an 801 mini from this place on the 3rd of this month and have had atomizer problems, Phil keps telling me he is going to send replacement atomizers, and I have had to keep after him 3 seperate times and still havent gotten them and it has now been 11 days since my first encounter with him. Just wondered if anyone else has had problems with this company?

Glad you brought it up, thought it was just me...
Not sure whats going on with Phil...he isn't returning emails like he used to or replacing parts in a timely manner (IE a 2-3 weeks isn't timely IMO when he has stock on hand). The reason I bought from him in the very begining was the 6 month warranty, which is now 3 months, but paid extra for that warranty, as we could have ordered cheaper someplace else. He also change jucie suppliers and I'm not a fan of the new supplier...now am using a different supplier for my e-cig & juice needs.

I hope Phil gets it together, he was very dependable and honored his warranty
