Going to get a LavaTube soon and I've been dripping into 510 attys for over a year now. While I have no complaints, I would much rather use a tank. The ease of filling a tank with 3 or 5mL of juice and just vaping is beyond desirable. I do not however want to even try and deal with needles. Any recommendations or testimonials on tanks for an fellow vaper to try?

Possibly something along the line of these: Acorn Tank 2.4-2.6ohm

They do have them with different resistance and have cut CE2's. Read about them as I haven't used one.

All the needles I have are blunt tipped, no sharp pointed ones needed to fill a chibi type tank and then you could just remove the top grommet on one and drip it full and replace the grommet but it might leak a little bit.

I find it easier to use a syringe, however you can easily fill carto tanks by holding the assembled tank upside down and pulling the cartomizer down so that the threading is inside the tank. You can then use a dropper bottle to fill the tank. When done you slide it back into place and clean off the connection if you happened to get it wet.

If it is a Smoktech DCC it is a bit more tricky because you can only fill it from the top, I have only used syringes with those cartos. Also as a note if you are looking at volcano for the lava tube, the tanks they sell are overpriced SmokTech DCC tanks.
