Are there any reputable Suppliers that use fully traceable insured Shipping?

Totally Wicked provides completely useless tracking numbers from USPS.

Neither TW or USPS have a way to track packages.

thus leaving customers flat out

Hey Mall to be honest USPS does have tracking numbers I have never ordered from TW but I have ordered from Cignot and Freedom smoke USA and both use USPS and have always had tracking numbers that were reliable as I would check them daily to see where the package was and knew when it was going to arrive. Usually order parts from CIgnot and juice from Freedom Smoke both are great companies with fast shipping.

The tracking number you get from USPS for first class and priority is for delivery confirmation, not really for tracking.

If you want an actual tracking number you either have to get express shipping from USPS or a private carrier like fed ex or ups.

Off the top of my head I can't think of any suppliers that use fed ex or ups. But some may be willing to do it if your front the bill. It can't hurt to ask.

Hence my dilemma in recovery and my reason for posting. TW is completely negligent in providing a safe was for their products to be shipped.

Once I got shafted and lied to by tw they became a thing of the past for me.
It's all been great since.
