Any source for IPV3 parts ? Battery cover needed

I'm looking for a source to buy a black battery cover for a IPV3 I have, I have 2 of these and one of them the battery cover has been lost I've emailed pioneer 4 you a couple times with no reply, if anyone has a source please let me know, please and thanks Todd

Yeah its looking that way, pioneer does not return emails evidently,
Kinda sucks i own 3 of their boxes, they all work good the mini 2
And ipv 2&3
But no support, when i upgrade i may go segelei
