ANY SUGGESTIONS? ANY IDEAS?

I have an iStick TC 40w box. My box will not fire any of my tanks or coils. The box will turn on/off, the VV will go up and down, the menu system works, and the battery will charge. With a tank on the box and I press the fire button, you can see the seconds going up on the LED, but nothing happens, no vape. When I put a tank on the box it will read the ohms and display that on the LED. It does not say no atomizer, or atomizer short at any time. Any suggestions? Any ideas? Have I done something to this box?
