I don't think you'll have a problem with either Wizard Labs or RTS. Both a very reputable top notch suppliers.

The main difference that I can see, is Wizard Labs allows you to select what percentage of PG/VG you want for you nic solution. Does RTS allow you to?

RTS has a choice on nic of a PG or VG base in 36, 48, 60 and 100mg/ml. If I am DIYing, it's up to me to choose the final ratio.

I have not tried either of the 2 mentioned for the nic base since they were closed the weekend of Memorial Day and I wanted my stuff now... That being said, I got my stuff from High Desert E-cigs and am pretty happy w/ it. Just suggesting another place to try.
And I agree w/ nanovapor - I get whatever strength of the nic base and just mix it down, anyway.
