... I know, because I was often the beneficiary of Gene's largesse...

I have no axe to grind with regard to NLV, nor do I wish to rain on Gene's parade. He's got his hands full, I'm sure. I'm just saying that NLV's wild journey as a winner of "vendor popularity lotto" has taken it out of my personal comfort zone. Then, too, I've been on my own journey with juices, so perhaps I've evolved away from NLV as much as it has grown beyond me.

Bill, all well said again. I'm guessing you've got to be a professional writer of sorts? I don't think I've read posts as well written as yours on the internet in.. well, forever.

LiteCig is only going to carry the best sellers.

Actually, Litecig said that they will carry some of the top sellers in 30ml bottles to start with, as it's a first batch. They also said that they will slowly work into all the flavors, and larger sized bottles. Sometime in December, they anticipate being fully stocked with all flavors, strengths, and sizes, including mini jugs. Once fully stocked, they will keep everything in stock at all times.

So, PapawBrett, it's not really a country song... ;)

I realize you are looking for sweet/bakery, so if you do order any NLV when the flavors you like are available, I would highly recommend you also try NLV Gold. While not bakery or sweet per se, it seems to have some qualities of both, plus much much more.

Yes, Bill, I'm an NLV fan, but un-morphed into rabid, and only occasionally involved in any group love fests. :D

And I just got a second PM from Smooth Air, I had asked if LiteCig will be an 'exclusive' distributor, for the time being, and He said Yes, that he believed Shawn (LiteCig) does good work and that hopefully Shawn would take care of the distribution so NLV can concentrate more on thier product. Or at least that's the info I'm getting tonight....

Have not tried Highbrow.....yet....but have really enjoyed NLV Bounty Hunter, LineRider, and Gold. My inventory of NLV liquid will last about another six months (if I don't add more). I have normally tried to maintain a six month reserve but, at this point, I'm going to see how this all shakes out at NLV. With the 50% price increase and the Best-of-the-Best juice of 2012 thread in full swing, we will see.... I have been, and still am, a fan of NLV juice (currently the only juice I use), and I wish Smooth the best....'nuff said...back to vaping NLV....good evening to all who come here.....

I've spent alot of money and time insearch of the convenent "all day vapes". After a whole lot of trial and error i stumbled on the nitelite thread. Now i feel like i found the home i was looking for.. My main staples are Gold, bounty hunter, and vanilla strait. Renegade is starting to catch up. I do from time to time still grab 10mls from random places out of habit just to check juice out. But am glad to have my ship anchored in nite lite bay

Drum,

Oh, I do understand. That's one of the reasons I described NLV as a "casualty of its own huge success." When NLV initially began doing business, I was among the first wave of ECF posters to bang the drum for them on the forums. Despite the slightly artificial flavor that some of us notice in NLV juices, Bounty Hunter was---and still is---a wonderful and seductive juice. Same with Gold. NLV's prices were extremely low ($3.50 for 10ml, $10 for 30ml), and Gene's generosity in giving away large quantities of juice gratis to his core customers quickly became legendary. I know, because I was often the beneficiary of Gene's largesse. I have enough Bounty Hunter to last for 2-3 years (200ml) because Gene gave it to me for free, along with almost every other juice in the NLV line-up! I still have some NLV juices from the early days that are no longer offered (US Marshal, Gold Rush, Saddle Up)!

Over time, however, Murphy's Law intruded. Gene's liquids are manufactured to his specs, and he ran into trouble with source ingredients (a not-uncommon problem) and pricing arrangements. As NLV's popularity accelerated, some fans morphed into rabid fanatics, and the NLV supplier thread turned into (as many juice or mod vendor threads do) a kind of in-group love fest. Maintaining in-stock inventory got dicey, with frequent unavailability of the best-selling juices, and then the credit card meltdown happened.

True, there was a stretch where getting NLV juices wasn't super easy, (though with very little effort I've managed to place many an order and keep my cupboard lined with NLV since May.) After the "credit card meltdown", Gene made all of his juices available to order via money order. Now NLV has found a permanent solution and all of their flavors will soon be available to order through litecig.net. In light of that, I can't see how the "victim of their own success" comment applies. Visiting or partaking in the "love fest" (*winks seductively at fellow NLV love-fest members*) on their thread is in no way mandatory, so that seems an irrelevant reason to criticize them.

One poster here says he's evolved away from NLV as it has grown beyond him. Personally, I have found NLV has become my staple. I no longer feel the need to be constantly sampling flavors from other vendors. I am perfectly content with my stash of Gold. I will admit that there are a couple of other vendors whose juices I keep on hand for those times where I just feel like a change of pace, but I always come back to my Gold.

The post that claimed NLV was a victim of their own success was right on though. When I first started ordering from NLV, I never had any trouble getting my order in. About 6 months ago, it started to become more and more difficult. I have learned to order in large enough quantities to last at least a couple of months. I am sure NLV may have lost a lot of potential customers recently due to the difficulties they've had keeping up with the demand. Gene is aware of the problem and has been working on a solution. I was thrilled to learn of the alliance between NLV and litecig. I strongly encourage anyone who has been scared away from NLV due to the difficulty of obtaining their product to give it another chance once the product becomes available at litecig.

++++++10 only on Highbrow - but not their tobacs either. A few sweet/fruits vapes are great - like Orange Sangre w/green tea

Actually we will be carrying the full line of NLV flavors. We just started with some of the more popular ones first :)

Hello Shawn. Gene has informed me of your association with NLV as thier primary distributor. I was just wondering- Do you have a 'launch' date for when you'll have the full line of NLV products available ? Also, any chance of a 'Grand Opening sale' ? (hey, ya can't blame me for asking that second question !) ;)

Well said, my friend. I thank you for the clear and concise sentiments but in regards to the pricing, I see no reason that these folks shouldn't be able to earn a decent wage, here in America. Having said that, I know I sure did seem to miss the pricing boat on this one but the prices are getting more in line with the competition...not a good thing for us, I suppose. I spent way too much time on mods and not enough time on the juice but alas, I always have a good quantity of my beloved boba's on hand so-no matter. I do enjoy a treat and I'm ready for another boba-like epiphany, any day of the proverbial week, you know.

I understand what you said regarding the well running dry(ingredients/source) and...well, what can you say - I remember paying 1.25 for a gallon of gas and some day I suppose those wells will run dry, too.

Lastly, I never viewed you as a person with an "axe to grind" and I'm sorry if it came across in that way. I just wanted to let the folks make an objective and rational decision...point/conterpoint.

All that aside...listen, I just want to try the darn stuff and...who knows...maybe I won't even enjoy it or gold but I gotta try it, my friend and then I'll return to express further opinions.

Lastly, I just see a lot of high strung folks on ECF lately, who come across as people who believe that this juice is flowing from a spring and they'd have you believe that the folks bottling it are just sitting around watching tv or something. In most cases these are not giant manufacturing assembly line types of operations and they just try the best they can.

Okay...I'm done.

Vape On!

I'm one of those people who has wanted to try Bounty Hunter and Gold but just was not willing to go through the hassle of trying to acquire it. There were too many other easily obtained juices from other vendors to try. Now that litecigusa is handling NLV juices, I'm looking forward to trying BH and Gold and some others.

I'm sure I'll buy some other supplies from litecigusa that I would have otherwise bought elsewhere, which I suspect was litecig's strategy in this marketing alliance. I think this will probably turn out to be a good business strategy for both vendors and I wish them both much success.
