Any tips on looking for a wet box?

I'm looking into getting a wetbox. Unfortunately, I know pretty much nothing about the mods, or mods in general.
I figure, now that my Riva's broken it's about time to make an upgrade. I'm looking for something compatible with 510 atomizers, specific models would be helpful.
Also, what should I look out for now that I'm buying actual batteries? How can I tell the difference between a protected and unprotected battery?
