Just received 2 in the mail today after hearing they were the real deal. I can't mash either one over my Joye 306 attys. Well, I suppose I could if I never wanted to use said atty or drip tip again. Locked together for life. I've already pulled my share of 306 attys apart.
...Ok, I tried it on one of the 306's from Digital Cigzz. Got it on most of the way. Actually was able to pull it off again but it took all my strength. Not many 306 attys would have held together from that.
Bummer, the Cannon drip tip does vape nice but I can't see purchasing a drip tip that may well be married for life to its first atty.
Back to Rob's trusty old delrin drip tips, I guess.
Sorry, I just had to rant for a moment there.

Hey Tripp. These attys actually have a plastic insert in them that would probably spin around in unison with the sanding drum. I know this because it remained locked on my atty when I finally pried the atty free from the drip tip the first time. Your idea still might work--just have to pull out the insert and hone it a bit.
Thanks for the comeback.:)

Aaah, ya know how it is, Robert. Always looking to tweak things to a higher level.
I could probably vape for free for a year if I had the money I've ...... away with that state of mind.
But then again.....I would have never discovered the REO.:)
Evening, Robert.

None of my cannon drip tips have any insert in them .... I have 5 of them and 2 of them are a touch bigger.

I know Joye 306 are bigger than the ciscos I use so it might be problem for ya .... bummmer

My 2 bigger ones go all the way down on my Ciscos and the 3 tighter ones leave about 3/16 of an inch but thats still far enough I don't have to mash them so they all come off just fine for me.

I don´t put the drip tip all the way down, so it can be removed; although it still takes some force to do it. If you take out the silicon insert, they are way too bid. I toyed with the idea of puting some teflon tape instead of the silicon, but my ERAs came in the mail and I just tossed all my 306s in a box.
