Hey Chris, wanted to let you know...Israel is expected within the next couple hours. Left him a message with a very nice girl on the phone. Hopefully he'll call if he has questions. Even more hopefully, that nice girl is working and likes fitty cent Mustang rides. ;)

Update: Spoke to Israel, here's the scoop. There is a no smoking ordinance in Temecula. But, as long as it's not smoking, we have no problem. I told him people would be respectful of any other customers, and he had no problem with vaping on the patio. As long as no one causes problems for him, he's happy. vaping is okay on the patio.

He'd like a headcount so he can prepare, so as soon as a number (or approximate number) is reached, give him a call. He's there all night tonite until 11 or 1130.

great, thanks puff. i'll give him a call tonight and let him know how many people we expect, i'm hopeing for 20-25 people. (who really knows people can flake or things might come up). i already made reservations on their calendar, but i'll still follow up.

:::update::: i tried calling 4 or 5 times but they are already closed so i dont expect anyone to pick up the phone. i already made reservations for us all on the 1st. with their hostess, but i will try to follow up the GM asap.

Awesome!!

I still haven't heard back from the GM of Stone Brewery.
But it sounds like at least we won't have to worry about switching spots now.

Whew! I was starting to worry to. Now,... the matter of the menus. If we have people that want the banquet menus, don't we have to let them know in advance about how many of each type of meal we'll need (so they can prepare)?

If we order stuff from the regular menu, we wait 'till they can make it, in the sequence it is ordered. This is what I'll probably do. I might order a pizza, by phone before I get there.

i dont know Sanford. i was looking at the banquet menus and that seems like alot of food, even for me and i love italian. if we all order off the regular menu there might be a lil more wait on us because they have to take everyones orders....but that what a resturants all about right? i'll probly just order food off the menu, along with a few beers. to make things easy on them and us we can probly order a few appetizer platers for us all to munch on along with our orders.

there will be givaways on my part, i'll talk my cohorts into putting something in the pool if they are willing. i'll bring some things that are on sale like 808d-1 basic kits $15, a couple of D-2 basic kits for $20, cartomizers for D-1's (also fit V4L, nebula, any 808d-1), an XL D-1 battery, and a few new juices to sample.

so yes, bring a lil' cash because myself and the other vendors will more than likely have things that you'll want or need at the meet. plus you can hang out and have a beer with everyone, that alone is worth the drive in my opinion.

I'm glad we're settled now, but just to keep you all posted...

The GM of the Stone Brewery restaurant and gardens finally got back to me.
He has no problem with us using electronic cigarettes, but he is forwarding the information I gave him on to the owners.

Hopefully they will approach this with an open mind and harm reduction in their sights.
The owners of Stone are VERY much opinionated and strict about what they believe in and what they don't.

Should be interesting!!
