I have extra auto's so If I wrecked on it would'nt bother me. I was thinking along the line of plugging up one or 2 holes just below the battery threads..there are 4 in total. Maybe start with one first..then see. But why not plug it up with a tiny amount of crazy glue or something like that....or am I crazier then glue? lol

I used quick seal instead of crazy glue..so that if it didn't work I could remove it with a pin. I plugged 2 holes on opposite sides. I'm really pleased with the results.:D A lot less noise..and way more vapor~! I did this on my auto that seemed to be excessivly noisy. Especially right after it's charged up..makes sense. Without the 2 holes being plugged now..it seemed like I was taking in way to much air with a pull. Problem fixed..so simple~

I find the KR808 to be a bit noisy sometimes, too, especially if I'm stealth vaping. What I do sometimes is take small piece of Scotch tape and cover about half of the circumference of the exterior of the PV where the carto and the battery join together (right over the threads when the carto and battery are assembled together). This seems to improve the draw a bit on one of my too "airy" batteries and also it reduces the noise a good bit. And, if you don't like it when you're done, it only takes a couple of seconds to peel it back off. ;)

Fairly new to this e-cig and wondering if there is a way/mod to get rid of the noise when taking a puff ??

PS: Does anybody know where to buy Black carts which match the battery ??
I found a really quick excellent soultion....I simply wound nylon fishing line around the botom of the threads where the 4 holes are.I crossed the fishing line over..but don't knot it. Screw on the cart...cut of the fishing line as close as you can get. Works perfect. It's fast and simple to do as well~ :D

I just cut off the solid end of the condom cap (not the one with the .... plug) so it becomes a tube. Lay it on it's side, squeeze it flat and cut a small rectangle out from the side. Slide it down onto the carto and it covers all but one of the holes. Helps with the whistling and in my opinion usually gives a more comfortable draw. This is a crude diagram, but hopefully you get the idea. Good luck if you decide to try it!
