I got my Indulgence last week, and I like everything about it except the damn spinning adapter inserts! It's not so bad with the 510 adapter, but the treads on the 901 adapter are a bit tight, and it's really hard to get 901 attys and cartos to screw all the way on. Tthe adapters spin in the socket with less force than is needed to fully attach the atty. I can get them on if I take the cap off and hold the adapter from the other side, but that's a real pain.
Is there any way to keep the adapter from spinning? It seems this whole mess could have been avoided if they had just machined a keyway into the adapters and had a matching tab on the cap. If I had access to a machine shop, I'd probably do it myself, but I don't. What are my options?
