B.T.W. In the meantime, while awaiting GGTS AFS and atties...for on the road: AW IMR18650's with (removed wick & see Grimmer's great Post for this process) LR 510 atties is a MUST for GGTS owners. Not like HV, but as good as it gets for now!

I thought the i3 was low resistance compared to a stock 901? Are you saying you want even lower resistance???

Yes, got two and made them part of the two GGTS that I use with batties.
Works perfect. Only thing is that with the fuses installed the TS get's a little longer (2 mm), other then that it is a great safety feature. The TS that I use on the PT did not get this upgrade as it cannot be applied to the bottom cap.

I ordered a fuse kit with my new GGTS #348 and installation was a breeze. It does make the unit slightly longer and therefore exposes some brass thread, which I dislike, but the added security is nice.

Yes I got 2 installed, but only 2 mm difference, no big deal if you think of the advantages ;-)

It won't make a difference to me as all the longer batteries i have are protected. The fuse will be great for running those cr123A
