Anybody else think Kanger is ridiculous?

Just wanted to see what the community's opinions are of Kanger as a brand. I mean, realistically, Davide makes a way better version of the exact same product, but I just have so many complaints about my Kanger Protank II from the friend of mine I handed it down to. Her heads unscrew every time she tries to open it, the huge fill holes proved some ridiculously airy draw, etc. Plus, kanger seems to produce a new product every week. Thoughts?

I've had very good luck with my Protank 2 and Mini Protank 2, the only issue I've ever had was bending the 510 connection on one of my Protank bases. Some people have had major issues with them, but that hasn't been my experience. I rebuild my heads though, the stock experience was okay but I'd never go back.

The only Kanger product I have EVER had any luck with is the EVOD tank. Protank, Protank 2, Mini PT2... all horrible flavor, too airy, etc. For some reason they all make my juices taste metallic, no mater how much I vape them and adjust wattage. And I've cleaned (even boiled my mini PT2, just not the head of course) and replaced the heads on all of them and given each head at least an hour of vaping to see if they improved. None of them did.

Right now my EVOD is the only one in steady rotation because it's the only one that doesn't give me a metallic flavor. Well, at least after I replaced the stock head on it. The stock head on my EVOD had the same metallic taste too, and even flooded. But that one got a new head (a couple since then) and it's been working fine since. Well, fine so long as I kind of play the flute with it, being I put a finger over one of the air holes from time to time while I take a hit.

Not as good as my iClears, but still decent enough not to chuck it in the trash.

Want to try a PT3, the dual bottom coils has me intrigued, but I don't know if I want to trust Kanger with another $15.

    No you can't
I have two protank 1 and one protank 2 love them they great easy to make coils and wicks on the other side I got one Unitank used it twice and put it in the draw it stinks (plastic tank and etc) wish I didn't waste the money on that one.

Took a look at the Protank 3 don't like the idea of the new coil heads so that will be a no no for now.

I have a protank mini 2 and I love it. I haven't tried any other tanks besides CE4s though. I don't mind the airy hit, I prefer an easy drag.

Took the words out of my mouth -- I too like an easy drag. It frustrates me to suck out a lung trying to get a hit. I'm also seeing much longer head/coil life than on CE4 and iClear clones and much, much reduced burnt hits (yuck!). Quite pleased, just ordered two more Kanger mini Protanks 2's this week.

    Davide?

Yeah, the Davide's aren't particularly better in my experience. I have boatloads of both of them. Choosing between my Davide-Ss and my ProTank 2? ProTanks have better build quality, the Davide's tend to have loose drip tips. The Davide's have a bit more capacity and the ability to use the BDC heads as well as the Kanger single coils. I'd probably go with the ProTanks.

The Evod MT3's have been nothing but joy to use but then using a Unitank had nothing but trouble what a stupid design did they even think about pressure and how air needs to escape when placing the lid anyway that's back at vendor and I'm using a trusty Vivi v2 when out but RBA/RDA at home, waiting on a PT3 to try out but seems like from all the reviews I'll be ditching the dual coils and using the old single coil design. RIP Tripper makes a comical remark on Kanger Pro Tank 2 v's 3
