I just checked my tracking number THE PACKAGE IS SITTING AT MY LOCAL POST OFFICE!! Ok I spent $42.50 for the DSE905. Will my hopes of a great device be short lived or will I be so excited I wet myself!! Anyone else have theirs?

There's like a two minute difference....

I've had quite a few orders from China & this is the longest customs has ever taken.....My orders usually go through Chicago customs though....they've been pretty quick.

Another 2 days have passed and mine still shows in customs.

I have never used HC before but the other suppliers I use in China never stay in customs this long, I wonder whats up with this

I just got an order and it never said anything about customs on the USPS Tracker. They don't update the tracker much it seems. I'm sure it will arrive soon. Happy Vaping!

mine is still in china. ordered it on the 14th. last time i checked, it was still in the sorting department. its been there for the past two days...

Just remember, guys, this is the holiday season. It wouldn't surprise me if there are 4-5 times the amount of orders they're trying to process and 4-5 times the usual number of packages going through customs from now until the end of the year. That's just the way it is this time of year.

Also keep in mind that the tracking info often is delayed. I remember my last HC order was showing as "still in customs" according to tracking at midnight. At 9am the next morning it was at my front door, so obviously the "live tracking" wasn't quite accurate.

Be patient--Health Cabin is one of the best vendors you can deal with. You're in good hands with Amy & Co..

how come other people's package went straight to new york and mine is in san fransico?

Apparently, US customs is having a crack down on imported prescription drugs these days. I sure hope our stuff gets here okay. I am a little worried.
