My take is give an estimated amt to be transferred to the purchaser and exchange rate use to derive amt.order placed, tracking no to be provided to participants.any differences in amt to be settled during collection with invoice provided.
That should be the way. Or pay half first, get tracking code, pay another half. If pay all later buyer play punk and suddenly go Awol, we all fly kite together at punggol
