Getting to the point where I'm long overdue for some sort of wooden stands, at least for the ProVarii..

I'd make them myself, but don't particularly have access to the right tools, unfortunately..

I've shopped around here & there, and with 10% off, the price of the ProVari Desk Blox seem comparable to others out there.. Not sure of the quality of some of those, but guessing at least ProVape's are probably solid stuff.. And I'm pretty set on decent wooden ones...

So, how are these things? Worth it?

Interested in the "Full" size..

(Wish they had measurements on these things -- including the depth of the holes..)

Thanks!

We had someone on the retired thread buy one and he wasn't happy with the quality at all, said the interior was very rough not well finished at all.
I have seen some nice stands on E-bay if you google provari on there the stands come up to very reasonably priced I might add.

Thanks, I've done some more digging.. I saw that old post..

While I'll keep the ProVape Blox in mind, since this thread I've also put in the most effort I have so far in shopping for this holder.. Turns out that I'm really picky for this.. Plus I'm just not a fan of having a branded logo on the thing..

I'd love to spend a few bucks on a really nice one that's custom-made, but also have to keep the wallet in mind.. There's some really good-looking unique stuff out there.. Also turns out that it doesn't appear to be many "deep" holders out there (looking for some to be 2.5" - 3" for my 650 full-size), and that's mainly a PV holder (as opposed to also a bunch for toppers & drip-tips)..
I've got a few candidates now, including from a nice accesory list that was compiled by ProVarinati... :headbang:

But yeah, an enterprising woodworker who has experience with & access to some quality woods in a wide variety of shapes & sizes, and is willing to do custom (as well as some "smart" pre-stock -- that means no darn eGo holes!), would probably do pretty okay for him- or herself in this market...

If you want custom, I'd recommend Absolute Wood. A pleasure to deal with, great quality, and not TOOOO expensive (though you can get real fancy if you want to).
My custom stand is now a "coming soon" new product!! LOL

Believe me, I've seen pretty much almost everything at this point..

Not kidding around when I say I'm being really picky for this, with all kinds of crazy parameters.. Part of it, too, is that I'm trying to look into the future & see where my vaping might possibly be along the way, and plan accordingly...

And yeah, there's some really nice quality & unique stuff out there..

Anyway, would love to work directly with a local woodworker in person in his/her shop.. Then I could probably get exactly what I want -- and I'm sure at a price, LOL...

I do not own one, but I have seen one in person. It's nice, but it didn't strike me as being worth $25. I'd buy one if it were $10.

+1 for Absolute Wood. Rick will do any custom you want and he's great to work with.

We have a couple of the blox, and use them while TV-watching, or in the kitchen. They are a good size for moving around the house (i.e. smallish).

I had a custom carousel made as a permanent home for my minis...I had 10 at the time and ordered a 13-hole model. HA.HA.HA. My maker was Wayne at Custom Wood PV     Ecig Holders - Home. I have 3 pieces now (car caddy, my holder, my Mr.'s holder) and I'd order from him again. :)
