If you're in the US, go to eliq.com for it. I use them and eliq is the US side of the same company. The nic is fine as is the PG. Don't use their flavors though - very chemical and they have a high alcohol content that is nearly impossible to get out of them - juice ends up tasting alcoholic so badly it overpowers the flavor.
I personally have not had any problems with them, aside form customs delaying one order that had to come from China - and yes all of their stuff is from China. Others have reported problems with them, so, it's a buyer beware as far a shipping goes. I'd do a small order and see how shipping is for you before going for the larger quantities they carry. Yes, they do have really good prices, on everything, but again it is all from China.

I've had shipping problems with them on 2 orders back to back after that I dumped them.

Then go with e cig (the China side, and use DHL shipping. Yea it costs a bit there, but, DHL will assist in resolving shipping issues even if the shipper won't.

I just ordered some nic liquid and it came from California. However, I am having a lot of trouble getting my flavorings to taste good, so maybe it's not good quality.

Every mixer should have a dripping atty or five. If you wait for a dripping atty before trying the unflavored mix, that's probably a good idea. No sense taking the chance of crapping up a clearo or carto.
