Kwite dismaying. I'm very disappointed in ENS for this behaviour, or lack thereof. This definitely will not encourage ME to shop there, either.

I'm very sorry you had a problem as well, Carbon.

Not a problem
I work in the hectic work of manufacturing and I know that on occasion things slip by quality control.
I'm am very pleased with companies that own up to minor mistakes as HoH did. They are proven to be a loyal company. And I will happily deal with them in the future.

Yes. All my dealings will be direct, moving forward. Assuming, of course, that my experience with them is even just remotely similar to yours.

Just keep in mind service like my experience only happens in the USA.

Here I was going to get a 510 version, but after hearing about the resellers in question, I think I'll have to get a Classic and Kabuki with ProVape threading from ProVape...

I can't blame you, Steve.

That being said, we did buy four - and three are perfect. Not a great ratio (75%) by any stretch, but I did want to point that out.

Or, as Kat says, "That's a 'C".

Yes, she did. :D

It really is unfortunate defective products would even leave the manufacturer. I know if there is an issue Provape will take care of it, so I feel comfortable ordering anything from them...

NO doubt!

Some of these retailers don't understand it is in their best interest to perhaps do a little extra work to take care of their customers first and negotiate with their vendors over items they return later in order to keep a customer who will buy from them for years to come. It seems some are just interested in one-off sales, rather than customers for life.
One of the reasons I like LL Bean so much is their guarantee and return policy. I've sent a few items back, including a suitcase which may have been mishandled by baggage handlers, yet they still sent me a new one. I ordered 5 shirts from them a few weeks later...

I can tell you now MBV has lost my business.

I had issues with my Kabuki I purchased through MBV and they were more than happy to let me return it for a new one. I did have to pay postage for the return but that seemed reasonable to me and only took one email to them to get my RMA. I would have went direct through HoH if they offered some sort of contact option besides phone in only with very limited hours to do so. What sort of hoops were they asking you to jump through if I may ask?

I am still coming across coils that don't make a connection with my P3 Kabuki, two Ti ProVari's and a P3 to boot :nah:

Thankfully I have many spools of carpet yarn to extend the pins of those Nautilus coils.:evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::laugh::D

Are you still using the older style coils?
