Please Sir, Point out where I said Retailers? I said companies. I have dealt with many companies all around the world. Steel manufacturers, Machinery manufacturers, Space age plastic manufacturers, Machining companies. Heat Treating companies. Banks, Money exchange centers for my trade. Advertising agencies, Both wholesale and retail , marketers, suppliers, the list goes on and one. Shippers, ( USPS, EMS, UPS, Fedex.) ( Tell me how much these shippers care!) Why are you assuming I was talking strictly retail. Again, it was read in between the lines. Which is a nice way so saying you made it for the sake of arguing.

I did nothing more than point out how lucky we are to have companies who care. Man, what a misguided and devious thing to do!

If you feel so strongly, next time you have a mod screw up, Give the company in China a call. Not the retailer here in the States. Give the Manufacturer a call and talk to them about it!
