Anybody Using A Kabuki?

Kinda disappointed in Zen.... He talks of releasing a new mod then doesn't. Makes me wonder if he will be in business in the coming years.
I'm with you. My wife and I run Kabuki, Nautilus and Triton Mini tanks..... We use Nautilus coils in all of them. I think Nautilus coils are superior to Triton Minis, so I don't bother with TM coils at all.
Received a phone call from Dave (owner?) of evape.us
He wanted to double check my order for 20 boxes of BVCs, to make sure I wasn't thinking they were NAUTILUS coils.
How cool!
Needless to say, I will be ordering from them again!

I have the original 510's and Z2 versions and I thought they they didn't fit. I'll have to give them a try
Uh oh man of the corpse. I hope you did get the order correct. Most of us use Aspire Nautilus BVC Coils in the Kabuki. Aspire also makes an Aspire BVC coil that many use in Cerotank and Billet Box and earlier models. IMHO both are great, if you have the tank that uses them.
Well, last night I sat down to do an inventory on my coils, and realized I had 20 boxes of Nautilus coils on hand...which is great.
But I currently only have one Billet Box running Nauti coils...the rest are running BVCs.
So I thought I'd better stock up on BVCs before today.
My Kabuki has been on ice (figuratively) since the VVTF was such a flop. I figured I'd better leave it alone and make the Nautilus coils last as long as possible.
Then I discovered the Billet Box, and the appropriate Bridge for Nauti coils. Whoops! So much for making my Nauti coils last!
Side note: I've taken to calling them Kabuki coils, cuz I only own one Nautilus (the special P3 version)...and while I only own one Kabuki (so far) that Nautilus has been benched indefinitely.
Doesn't "Kabuki Coils" just sound so much better? [emoji41]

That's what I did when I got the voicemail.
Then I called back and he explained that he's had a lot of people mistakenly order the BVCs thinking they were Nautilus coils.
He also said they typically don't get orders in the quantity I ordered this particular coil.
Come to think of it, this may not be the same thread where I was discussing this the other night...
Now I gotta flip through some pages.
Update: Phew. Yes this was the same thread we were discussing evape.us and large box purchases of coils. Lol.
Ya get goin' on so many threads and you just lose track of what discussions were happening where! Dang getting old sucks! Why is this happening to me????

I mean, from what I've gathered over my years here, most of you could be my parents.
But that being said, I'm getting old too!
Now now...we aren't talking THAT old.
My grandparents were born in the early 30's.
If I had to take a wild sweeping guess, I'd say most of you are between 52-62.
So two brooms are havin a drink at the bar...
