Ha! Yup, but not going to blast you. I happen to be a tootle puffer whom re-builds my coils and even tootle puffs on rebuild able attiesJUMA, we'll be waiting for the next episode with eyes wide open. Meanwhile, as frustrating as gear can be, you've a great 'tude about the whole thing, and that in itself is an inspiration.
Altho I "created" the Tootle Puffers thread, I have never once offered up any sort of distinctive definition. Many have "decided" what it means, but that's half the fun of the whole thing.
For me a Tootle Puffer is a low watt vaper. It's one who does MTL hits, doesn't use max VG, and uses coils in excess of 1.0 Ω. It's someone who does not get anywhere near blowing clouds. It's really the vaper of days gone by.... those of us who have been puffing on everything from mini ecigs (V2s, eGos, cigalikes, etc.) right up to and including Provis. Tootlers have no need of sub ohms or 200 watts. We realize that's about 190 watts in excess of what we like.I will be blasted for this, but to me it includes those who use ready made coils.
I would gratefully meet HOH halfway, and have a 3.5ml tank! Hey Zen, would you do that if we all promised to only fill it 1/2 way?![]()
I used pliers (Leatherman's). Didn't work. Thanks...Did you try tightening the coils down super tight? I have had 2 coils out of 3 I have tried, which gave me the OP error on first install. I tightened them crazy tight- I have really strong hands due to my obsessive use of PowerPutty and they worked...

Do you have the paper gap?I must be lucky in that mine is just on the edge then. No problem at all with the AV Cisco coils, though...
Do you have the paper gap?
Hmmm...Ever so slightly...
Hmmm...
I have to say, I'm sitting here using one my Kabuki's and I love the vape, I really do!
You don't have any connection issues whatsoever?I'm using mine now. The gap really isn't visible, but I can slide a crisp piece of paper in there...

I'm using a rebuilt coil that I had to thread, in one of my replacement bases right now. It fired in a Nautilus before having to thread it.
I'm jealous.I had 2 coils which initially wouldn't fire and gave me an OP error. I tightened them down really tight, by hand and they worked after that...
I'm jealous.
of course...I'm kind of scared to order another one now and may just get the ladies Nautilus tanks. They don't have the hand strength to tighten them down like I do, well, maybe Nikola does, she's got quite the grip- from horseback riding, of course...
Of course, look at that grip...

She looks strong enough to crank a coil down to me.
Sounds like a invite...You should see her legs...
