I have taken it apart before but never cleaned it, so maybe this can be the issue.
Normally I always clean new tanks before I use them, but this one lookt so clean from the box.
They are clean... But...
I clean everything first.
My advice first would be, before doing anything further, just flip the tank top to bottom and try vaping it.

I already took it apart for cleaning and now it's drying, do unfortunatly too late for that..
That's fine...
Lets focus on reassembly.
Lube orings, and test fit the tank in both directions on one of the orings. Take note of how it feels on either oring.
Make the tank placement choice based on an equal amount of resistance on the orings.
By doing this you will ensure the tightest fit of the orings to the tank.
