Filling the Kabuki past the chimney (cuz the coil got stuck) is a bad thing.
Filling it completely is a bad thing.
It should be filled to 85-90% at most.
The air bubble is what makes vaping work in a tank system!
Never a problem for me, HB, unless it's 100% full (to your point). Past chimney often though, still works like a charm (up to about 2.5ml) .

At least with my three (lowly) 510 threaded tanks. [emoji6]

A trick, when the coil sticks in the chimney, to put the base back on, without having to remove the coil, (Which it just about ALWAYS happens in the Clones, Heyl, I Wanted to see if i Liked the Kabuki!) ), (And I do Love it)! Before unscrewing the base of the tank off, take the drip tip out. Fill as normal, now set the base on top of the coil pin and rock it north- south, east- west while applying light pressure. This will normally seat the pin back into the base with the added benefit of guiding the base on, and preventing a cracked tank.

So it can actually be a good thing!

Yes, and excellent point. I always remove my tip, mainly so I can sit it down (thanks, Kat!)

Maybe that's why it always works for me? I do not know.

So far all of my 510 Kabukis have the coil sticking in the chimney problem or blessing maybe I dunno :) I do the removing the drip tip first and "over-filling" the tank with the coil still in it and gently guide the bottom back on with the coil threads, maybe, knock on wood and all that good stuff, this is why I have not broken a tank as of yet.

So far, I've only broken one (which is somewhat amazing, in and of itself). And the one I broke was not a stock HOH one, but instead one that I almost expected might have issues (nameless, remaining).

And I'm using the mega-tight o-rings too. Again, expected breakage, not yet.

Switching to the silicone tips very soon (I think). They're here, but I love the white and red ones I'm using right now, so I haven't fully committed.

Soon to be "committed" (read that as you will),

I have the new clear silicone o-rings on the P3 Ti and the Dragon. The clear to me shows up as a lighter shade of white I think because of the color of the Kabuki. I am using a silver Phrosty and a gold Phrosty so it is harder to tell. The GMZ Kabuki came with the white o-rings and the top chimney was really tight especially when taking it apart. Even with juicing the o-rings I did end up breaking one tank when I took it apart. I now have the new silicone o-rings in black on it. I like the black color better with the GMZ then I did the white. The top is still just a tad tight so I put a small dab of ejuice on it when assembling and none on the bottom base. They both come off easily. With the clear silicone, I find that I do not need to juice the o-rings.

BTW I have the P3 Ti installed with all extensions and an 18650 to see if I like the height IF I get a Procyon. The weight for me is fine since it has the Kabuki Ti on it. I did put a stainless steel Kabuki on and it felt a little off balance for me. I would definitely consider a stealth Procyon Ti with a stealth Kabuki Ti in case anybody is listening. I am finding that I like my Minis with the 18490 battery not because of the longer battery life but because it just feels nice and comfortable in my hand. This is coming from someone that is five feet tall with small hands.

This is common practice with me every time I change the coil. If the 510 pin is too tight, the new coil seats against the 510 pin before it ever physically seats in the base. So best practice is always to loosen the pin, tighten the coil in the base, then re-tighten the 510 pin.
How do you adjust the pin? I use one of the hex keys to adjust my airflow, is that what the other hex key is for? I notice leakage out of that spot too sonetimes.

My 510's do that more often than not--never happens on the P3. The coils are tight and they are not cross threaded. It bugs me a little bit because I have to take the extra step to get it out. I think it is just a trait of the 510.
Yea that is so annoying to me, but i try to deal with it the best i can.

You guys ought to take the DPL approach, and celebrate! More vliquid available in the tank when the coil sticks in the chimmmminnny.

It's a WOO HOO!!

Explain please, Knife? (asking again.) For what are you responsible?
Be glad to explain Mam. But it will be a little later. :)
