My ultimate goal is to get to 0mg nic. At that point, yes . . . I plan to continue vaping. This will maintain the hand to mouth habit, which I have developed over the past 3 decades, so as not to change too much too soon.

I am in the process of transitioning from 24mg to 18mg. I am hoping to be down to 12mg in a months time. I'll take it one day at a time and see how it goes.

That's my goal to be nic free but this vaping stuff is just plain fun too.... :)

Yes, it is . . . And consider the alternatives. I have attempted quitting the analogs soooo many times in the past. This the only method, which has proved to worked for me.

Congrats to you on your decision(s). Keep it up.

I want to wean myself of the nicotine all together but wonder if I will still want to vape.
I'm using nic patches and always had 0 nic juice.
I vape to cover the habit part of smoking not the addiction part.
My theory is I don't want to be addicted to vaping. If I can lower the nic level in the patches to 0 I don't care if I still want to vape or not. I'll still have the option when I get the urge.

I vape at 0mg. I never vaped at anything else though, so I can't answer your flavor change questions. I had already quit smoking by the time I found out about vaping, but was still dealing with the hand-to-mouth habit cravings. I missed the action of smoking, not the actual taste or chemicals anymore. When I found out I could do 0 nic, I was sold and ordered a kit. I absolutely love vaping AND it keeps my paws out of the cookie jar since I can taste a cookie without eating one, lol. I have no plans to quit. Maybe someday I won't love it as much as I do now, but I doubt that since I still craved the smoking action 4 years after quitting. I'm probably a vaper for life.

What happens to the taste of juice when you go to "0" ?
Does it stay the same?
Anyone have a fav vape that they started at a higher nic and then went to "0" ?
Curious to know........!
i can tell you from my experience, that as you reduce your dosage, less throat hit. down to 16mg from 36 mg. all i notice is way smaller throat hit. waiting for my 6MG juice in the mail. and have my bottle of 0 nic on order as well. no intention of dragging this out. going to 0 as soon as possible. and putting down the PV as well. keeping my PV for emergency's.
