I was carrying my mini in my front pocket with a hotel room key and it de-magnified it....just curious as to whether there are other incidents and whether I should keep this far away from credit cards and other authentication devices that have a mag strip....

Might want to find an alternative way to keep my door on.....has anyone had to non-magnetically fasten their doors?

Thanks

I've read that you can put a slight bend in your door, and that should keep it on without magnets... Push the door downward, right past the top of the squonk hole, and push it inwards on the left side... mine are slightly bent inward, but I still use magnets. Haven't had anything get wiped that I know about...

Put the mag stripe card on the back of the reo, away from the magnets. That should be enough separation. The battery doesn't emit emf but ac current through coils does. I doubt the tiny pulse through the coil as the current flow changes (rises and falls) will do anything, probably melt the card first if to close lol!
