Anyone else almost drip tip chip a tooth?

On the way into work today I was taking a pull off the tank when a pothole (thank you winter) jumped right out in front of my tire I swear, haha. BAM, drip tip hit my tooth so hard I thought it was chipped for sure. I still think it is I just can't see it.

Anyone else almost or actually lose a tooth to your drip tip?

Damn pot holes... I have hit my tooth before when not fully paying attention. I have a chaos or muffler style tip that I cut my lip with too doing the same thing...

It only seems to happen to me at work though, I'm in a very fast paced environment.

No chipped teeth, but as JBL said, im still dreading the day i embed this drip tip into my face...

I only like the feeling of metal drip tips, and I chain-vape while driving. So, I feel you, Muggs. Never a pleasant feeling. I've been lucky enough to keep all my teeth intact (and I just managed to jinx myself...)

I didn't chip a tooth but I did have a fake tooth break when my metal drip tip hit me in the mouth when an airbag went off in a car during an accident. It was a freak accident. I still have yet to get my fake tooth fixed. I glued it back in with epoxy.

Yeah I've definitely come close a couple times. Even no chipping it really smarts banging your pearlys with a lunk of hard metal.

Yep, same thing happened to me using my eVic a clearo and a metal tip while driving.
Luckily my tooth dint chip, but it shure hurt like it did.

Since that day i keep a plastic drip tip on the car and i put it on when i get on it

A few of my teeth have taken a good whack from my metal drip tip, almost exclusively whilst driving - no chips yet, and hopefully it'll stay that way. Just gotta be careful I guess!

I've hit my teeth a few times but haven't broken one yet. It is very unsettling, I usually check to make sure my teeth are ok after. Hopefully its more bark than bite and not actually hitting hard enough to chip one.

That might be the way to go. These stainless chip tips are going to give me a hockey smile one day for sure.

I've never chipped a tooth on a drip tip but got a good whack from a SS tip in my car, and now I always remember to grab the acrylic one when I leave the house .

I keep some acrylic or delrin tips in my travel gear just for this.
I have some bone loss from 35 years of Copenhagen. I did not have any lose teeth till the Protank2 to the lower teeth when driving one day.

I used to be a big smiler like you, till I took a drip tip to the face.

I found I have the problem way too often if I'm vaping while I'm a passenger in the car. I guess I'm not paying attention and have way too many unexpected bumps. I now only use plastic tips when I'm riding in the car but not driving. So far I've been ok when driving, although the airbag incident above doesn't sound pleasent at ALL!
