At the shore...
To our west coast friends...aren't you proud of us?! We were so good. :)

OMG, OMG, OMG;
Hank... :( ;
Walt Jr., -- his life changed in a matter of minutes;
Marie -- she has bal*s;
Walt -- did he really think they'd be able to walk away (or should I say, run away) from everything? At least he saved his family in the end -- he knew the cops would be listening;
Jesse -- what did he say to Todd? Sounded like "I gave you the tape...I gave you everything..." Is that what you heard? Tape? What tape? Will he blow himself up at the end with the lab?

I felt as though I had run a marathon by the end of the episode.

Okay...I'll just speculate all by my lonesome on this thread. ;)

hey, i'm up uncharecteristically early. the little choo-choo that connects my remaining synapses hasn't completed it's first circle yet. Starbucks has dispatched an EMT unit...

the opening scene threw me off so much, it triggered a senior moment. i kept clicking the remote to make sure it really was the new episode. then i realized the shooting was at the same location.

Walt telling Jesse about Jane and his threat to Skyler pretty much sealed the deal on his descent to evil that i thought had been foreshadowed last week.

maybe next week wil have a surprise ending with Walt and Jesse and Skylar enjoying a romp like in your pic :)

You need to get your own espresso machine...I have one plumbed into the water supply. I pull shots VERY early in the morning on-par (actually better) than many a barista. :)

Yeah...first scene -- same location. THAT was the beginning of the end.

I was vaping like a maniac during the episode. hahaha

The pic is funny.

I think that Walt talking to Skyler like that was for HER protection. He had to have known that the cops were there and listening in. So, his ranting and raving to her made it seem like this was all 100% him and she had little to no part in it.
As angry as he was/is at Skyler, he knew that he had to find a way to protect her for the better of Walt Jr and Holly.

Now, Jim Beaver STILL hasn't been shown again since the future scene at the beginning of 5B where he sold Walt the machine gun.
One can only assume that he's Saul's guy that helps people disappear. At least I hope.

Yep, totally.

For like the first 10 seconds Skyler was in disbelief, then she understood what he was doing and her face changed. That's why Walt was crying through the whole call.. he didn't mean any of it. He knew the cops were listening. When she said "I'm sorry" that was her understanding and playing along. He's covering for her.

That scene actually broke my heart and made me feel sympathy for Walt for a few seconds. GOD that show messes with my emotions.

that was probably part of it, but there was another subcurrent. he's such a fine actor...

Anyone else think Walt is going to exact revenge on Todd's uncle and Co. with that machine gun and take back what's his (or try)? What I'm wondering is if that's the case what'll become of Jesse.

That's my current theory after last night's episode.
I think he's after someone and there's really only 2 "people" he could be after.

1) Jesse
2) Todd and Co. (and his $)

I'm voting for Todd and Co., I still don't think he'd kill Jesse with his own two hand, but we shall see!

See, I thought that, but at the same time, for BB, that seems like too easy of an answer.
Unless we delve into the fact that Walt has no clue where Jack and his guys cook or hang out. And the fact that he can't just call Jack up after he was robbed by the man.
So, the next two episodes could possibly deal with Walt trying to track down Todd and Uncle Jack all while staying under the police radar.

I hope Jesse uses the nerve gas method on Todd like Walt did in the beginning of the show with Krazy 8. And then I bet in the midst of Jesse trying to escape the area, Walter will show up with that BFG and try to take down Jack's guys. Since Walt has his hair in the flash forwards, I am guessing he didn't go through more chemotherapy and probably doesn't have much time left so he will likely be pretty reckless. Going down in a blaze of glory sort of way. I just want to see Jesse survive. Walt got him into all of this, and Walt is the one who has kept him in.

And for sure that convo with Skyler on the phone was to try and absolve her from the mess.

i still think there are multiple subcurrents...

... i say that as a multiple divorcee :)

as far as revenge goes, i think it's more about everything completely turning to dust, from what i recall from the poem "ozymandias". it wouldn't shock me if Heisenberg ends up losing the 11 mill, and we last see him mumbling to himself while panhandling in a third world country. :)

>Remind me to never get into the ..../ drug business
RHP- good choice :) in a past life, i actually knew a .... cooker. i'll just say that the main thing i've found just a tad unrealistic about BB is that Jesse still has his teeth...
