Anyone else been finding Hawk Sauce from MBV really weak and diluted lately?

When I first tried Hawk Sauce it was fantastic. By far my favorite flavor of the first 20+ juices I tried from at least 5 vendors. So I ordered a 236ml of it, with exact same specs. I let it sit a week because the color was really light. So when I tried it, I found there was almost no flavor, so I contacted MBV and they said a bottle that size needs 2-4 weeks to steep. So I heated it up a little, leaving it in my truck's glove box a couple of days in the 100 degree heat then storing it in my house.

We'll it will be almost a month today since I received it and there's still very weak flavor. It's gotten a lot darker, I know because I ordered another bottle with 2 extra flavor shots and higher VG, and that bottle is a lot lighter. Since MBV sells flavoring for Hawk Sauce, I'm thinking of ordering it and adding a little.

My questions are has anyone else noticed a drop in flavor strength from Hawk Sauce? And how much longer should I let it steep until I give up on it getting better on its own without adding flavoring?

bumping, i ordered this for the first time a month ago, and i have to say, not impressed at all. almost no flavor, put in a box in a closet and still no change, just no flavor

Last year, I ordered a few times from MBV always getting 2 extra flavor shots and the juice always had plenty of flavor. The free samples, always labeled as having "0 shots" actually had more flavor than my "2 shot" bottles (too strong in some cases). I put in an order earlier this spring getting 2 or 3 extra shots in everything. They are much weaker than they were last year, but the free sample was still packed with flavor. My Hawk Sauce with 2 shots is definitely too weak now.

There are a few MBV flavors I like, the low cost and fast shipping have definitely encouraged me to keep ordering, but this unpredictability has me questioning future orders. Lets say my next order I decide to add 5 shots, then they flavor it like they did last year... it will be way too strong. I sure hope they fix this, since otherwise I really like the way MBV operates, and I don't want my next order to be my last. There are so many other vendors with better flavors that I will not care too much about losing MBV. The cost and speed aren't enough of a factor.

I've tried Hawk Sauce with +1 flavoring and Green Apple, the hawk sauce's flavor is almost imperceptible, while the green apple is very strong and distinct. Not knowing how it was supposed to taste, and only relying on reviews, I thought maybe vaper's tongue was the culprit or perhaps my taste buds weren't as recovered as I had believed.

Like you, I heard so many people rave about Hawk Sauce. I got some as my free sample, and I was not at all impressed. Figured it was just the "different taste for different people" thing, and never ordered it again.

I love the Green Apple, and it has been very consistent each time I've reordered it.

It was amazing for about 2 days then the flavor really fell off for me. I tried many things like drinking more water, coffee, smelling coffee, alternating with other flavors... i just can't get the flavor back. It's a shame too because i ordered 2 more bottles (this was when i first got it and liked it).

Heat deteriorates nicotine. Leaving it in your glovebox in the 100 degree heat probably didn't do exactly what you wanted it to do. Keeping it in a cool, dark place (not a fridge or freezer, more like a closet) might be better.

I've ordered hawk sauce for awhile now, from one shot to four and 50/50 mix. The last order I had at 2 shots did seem weak as well. But this was about a month and half ago. My other orders have all been good. They are getting bigger and you might have gotten a bad mixer. Although heat is a big no no for ejuice. Hopefully it all works out for you.
