anyone else getting timed out errors?

i have been getting time out errors for almost
a week now.
the host server says its on ECF's end.
anyone else having problems.
its not very serious but intermittent.

Every so often I'll get a "Page could not be displayed" error. It usually appears immediately when I'm returning to the "General e-liquid Discussion" page after reading a thread. Then when I Refresh everything's OK. Other than that, I haven't seen any timeout errors...not of the annoying type when the loading-circle sits and spins....
