I know its generally already known, but once pleasant vendor Dietsmokes is now a danger zone.
I've used them well and pleasantly in the past, and have been using them every once in a while only for a certain atomizer.
So, recently placed an order. All is good. No indication of being out of stock or anything. One week goes by with no change in order status. Email Parked. No response. Email again. Do a "ticket" through the web site.
Looked to see if they had been having problems. Huh? I'm sure they had a forum on ECF. Oh yes! Starting over a year ago big complaints all over the vapor world, and ejected from ECF.... whoah!
So, yeah, did the chargeback this morning, just shy of two weeks since the order was placed.
By contrast, I of course looked for a vendor for this preferred atomizer. Found one. Significantly cheaper for the same brand and item. A personalized, pleasant email welcome/acknowledgement. Shipping notice within 24 hours. Boom! Product is here.... someone has a new customer!
