Hi everyone! Just registered the other day, but have been a reader for a long time, and learned so, so much! I hate that my first post has to be about a problem I've had. But, I figure if anyone could help, it would be you guys! :D

So, I made an order with Aquavapor on Feb 17 for some replacement attys for my 4081 (which I originally ordered from cloud9, who is awesome). It stated that it was shipped on Feb 18. By the 23rd, I saw that the tracking never became active so I emailed them. The response was a very curt "Your order will ship sometime at the end of the week. This matter is closed." Needless to say, it never shipped. I emailed them yesterday, March 2, and have yet to hear from them. The took the money out of my account immediately. Has anyone else ever had a problem with them? It just seems so weird to me. And it's a bummer that they won't even communicate now. I mean, I understand delays. I just like to know what's going on when my money has already been taken.

I would love to hear everybody's thought and suggestions. Not sure where to go from here. Thanks for taking the time to read my post. Looking forward to getting to know this board as a member now!!

What may have happened is they are out of stock like a lot of other suppliers because of the CNY. Most will show you that they are out of stock of the item you want and you can't order it, maybe they just took your money and were waiting for their supply to come in and then ship, which is not right. That sounded like a very rude response, thanks for the heads up. Hopefully you will get your items or a refund.

Well, last night I did receive an email form them that my order has now shipped, with a tracking number. The number has yet to become active, though. They never did take the time to respond to my second email, which I think is pretty shoddy CS. But if I do get my attys, I'll consider myself lucky and move on. I'm okay with delays; I get that it happens sometimes. All I'm asking for is to be kept in the loop. It's a shame, though. The price of the attys was pretty good, I think. But I would not recommend ordering from them. I am definantly willing to pay alittle more money for good CS and quick shipping!

Just wanted to post a follow-up to you all. My order of 2 attys did arrive from aquavapor. It took a total of 3 weeks. The first one I've tried is working very well. I also want to say that the president of aquavapor contacted me about my issues and seemed very sincere in wanting to make it right. I explained that communication is key. He explained that business is booming and there has been a serious increase in demand which has caused delays. So, in conclusion, I do believe this company to be legit, just overwhelmed. The prez said they are catching up on all their back orders. I would order from them again and I hope this hasn't dissuaded many people from trying. Mr. Sloane deserves some props for taking an active role in trying to improve his CS.

I had a very similar experience with aquavapor which I mentioned in the VaporKings customer feedback thread. I ordered and didn't receive any confirmation or anything for more than 4 days. It took over a week for them to ship the item.

Charlie from Aquavapor also contacted me via e-mail and explained that they had some shipments detained by customs. Also they seem to have greater demand lately for some reason. Charlie requested feedback on my experience with their customer service team so that he could address these issues. He also sent me some bonus items to make up for the trouble.

As I stated to him, if there is a 7 day lead time for shipping, it would be preferable to show the item as "out of stock." I can easily order the same parts from a dozen other suppliers who have them on hand.

So, I agree completely. A legitimate company which is trying to address problems and keep their customers around, but the customer service is yet to be proven dependable.
