Anyone else have problems getting their order from The Vapor Company?

I placed an order with the vaper company Feb 3 and still it shows as awaiting fullfillment. Is anyone else having problems receiving thier order? I've had slow service....ah hmmmm Butterfly ejuice..... but they weren't even THIS SLOW!! if you've had issues what did you do to resolve it?
