I was curious if anyone else is having any problems getting their order from this company. I have tried to see if they are an ECF member and I do not think that they are BUT I could be wrong. I ordered liquid from them on the 8th and STILL haven't gotten it. I got an email from them on the 16th saying it was shipped but when I looked on their site...NOT FULFILLED:glare:. Called today and had the gal say I think I can get this out to you today...BLAH BLAH we didn't have enough people BLAH BLAH basically F-U whatever. Terribly Customer service thus far and SLOW SLOW Slower then a snail shipping not happy.

Their site states that they are receiving more orders than they can process in a timely manner and that orders will take a minimum of 7 to 10 days to process. Yes, I know the 10 day mark was last Wednesday. If they did get it processed today, as the girl said, you should get a tracking number tomorrow. If not, then you have two choices, cancel the order or wait until they can get it to you.
