Anyone else have problems with the X2 usb cord?

And if you search enough you will see that the miniUSB was one of my concerns.
If you also do a search you will see that i took apart one X2 and analyzed everything inside (also got pics)
I am pretty confident since i know how they work and just leave my battery connected all the time.
