Got my five pack today, was excited to try them. The first I filled using the syringe method that most people seem to be using, filled fine, first few puffs was great then I got a terrible metallic taste follow by a horrible burnt taste.

So I chalked it up to maybe a bad one, so I tried the other filling method I have seen, which is dripping it into the bottom. This time the carto worked fine and it took about 50 drops and I have been using it all night.

Well I just decided to use another one with a different flavor, so I filled it like the last using the drip method into the end. Filled it up, everything seemed fine... took 3 puffs, working good.... next puff horrible burnt taste again.

1/3 carto's works so far.... not exactly looking good. :(

No they are filled, each one had over 50 drops inside and none leaked out while being filled. And they vaped fine for a few puffs before failing.

Edit: I cracked the first one that failed open, filler was completely saturated. Coil at bottom was completely black/burnt as was the two lead wires running to the battery connector, filler was soaked but the part touching the coil was as hard as a rock. None of the filler had scorch marks, only the coil itself.

filled let sit and fill again then let sit is how I do them to insure they are truly filled, then you can not let these carto's get dry once your using them.!, if you do they will get a burnt taste and you can not get it to go away once it has that burn taste, so keep em filled and or wet always, we are lucky enough to be able to get what we can out of these babies instead of dripping or filing those little old cartos, lets not be extra spoiled about it and enjoy what we have here

Well as I said they had max or near max the liquid that they are advertised to hold and the filler was pretty well saturated, and they did set for 30 minutes before use.

Oddly enough if you look at the bottom of the cartomizers around the metal plate their is a ring (it's the housing inside) the two that was faulty had a white inner housing while the three that are fine have a black inner housing... looks they they are from separate batches maybe.

At any rate this wasn't a filling issue just faulty coils and after reading some other threads about them on ECF and it looks like failure in these is pretty common. I won't be purchasing anymore until they have been out for awhile and the issues are fixed.

I finally Did get some, It would be nice if they had a regular condom on them. Filling them with a Syringe is pain. They vape nice but not a lot longer than a 510 carto. Plus you have to be very careful not to ever run them dry.
