I lost 20 lbs

E-smoke is not a weigh loss device, it is just a way of feeling better and being able to walk a flight of stairs with out huffing at the end.

If your a couch potato, and you esmoke on the couch, you will breath easier, but you'll still be fat. So use your new energy to take a walk, lift some weights or what ever.

yeah no thats a given.

But I already work out on a pretty strict schedule. and losing 10 pounds is pretty big for a guy in my physical shape. i'm about 202 right, I was about 215. and gotta give up 3 pounds to the almighty water weight. Still though I have been trying to get that last 10 pounds for like a year with no success.

One thing is perhaps I'm burning more Fat while running now, I don't run any longer or any faster to be honest (tread mil 3 x's a week, out door 4) but I bet its the increased oxygen to my blood.

Well I was "stuck" at a particular weight most of last year. Started vaping and lost around 5 lbs without trying. I do notice that I often "forget" to eat....I think because I get so engrossed in the vaping and various flavors. Even today....on the way home from work....started getting a little headache (and this is not usual for me). Realized I hadn't eaten all day!

But nothing since....5 lbs and the scale's not budging! :p

I am gaining... not "loosing" (said the college professor whose college students can't tell the difference between woman and women) but I think I finally figured out why.... I can taste more now and smell more and these stupid candles that smell like food make me hungry now that I can smell them better lol! Kidding.. actually... I have a mild ulcer. Saw a post from someone saying their Doc said that the nic increases stomach acid production and I think sucking on this e-cig all day makes the acid go crazy.. cause I crave crackers and cheerios.. not junk food.

(Did my first video review... AFTER gaining almost 10 pounds and realized after watching it... my clothes don't fit anymore!!!! Ahhhh!!!)

I actualy gained 6 kilos (12 pounds) during the first two months. I changed my diet a bit, because I was verging on obesity, and lost 3 kilos in 20 days without much effort, just not eating at night and avoiding sugar. So this can work both ways I think, depending on other factors. I still miss my goodnight bisquits, though ;)

EDIT: And milk. Bisquits and milk, as good as any sleeping pill I ever used...

I can only hope I'll lose some weight (new to e-cigs, 901 supposed to be here friday). I'm about 30lbs overweight, so every bit will help ;)

OT- It makes me crazy how terrible the general public's grammar, spelling, etc., has gotten. I see things like "wait" used for "weight" (or worse, "wate"), etc. And on TV, the mispronounciations. . . Goodness! This morning I heard a woman on TV say "healthily", instead of saying "healthy" (shaking head). Even the newscasters on television are slipping.

I was extremely fit in high school, football, wrestling, diving, track... Then when I graduated I got into the party thing even more, and started ciggs. Now I'm perpetually overwight because I can't run, I USED to run 5 days a week, I was totally addicted to endorphins/runners high. Looking forward to getting my lungs back with e-ciggs and getting into shape.

OT: You are just growing old enough to register changes in the language that are happening all the time in every language. Give it a couple more decades and you will be the intolerable old fart repeating: "In *my* days young people never dared to..." :D

Sadly, I've already found myself saying "when I was a kid..." 8-o
