within a month of starting vaping i found myself steadily losing weight. i would attribute this to increased energy and activity, but i work at a desk during the day and as a machinist 2nd shift. i certainly wouldn't consider my self really active any more than before starting to vape. yet i am down 35 lbs. since early august.

i do like dessert flavors and vape a lot of caramel, toffee, vanilla, graham cracker in various combinations along with some fruit and RY flavors.i was really afraid i would blow up after quitting analogs but this is an unexpected bonus. wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar.

I've lost a lot while vaping. I can't attribute the weightloss directly to vaping - it's due to my dieting. However, I've always gained weight when I tried to quit smoking before because I was unsatisfied and cramming junk into my mouth. Vaping keeps my mouth satisfied and helps my sweet cravings too.. which keeps the diet in check.

So two thumbs up for being smoke free for 5 months as well as down 3 sizes!

Yes, I've lost about 80 pounds over the last 3 years and am now at my "perfect" weight. A little background: When I started smoking at the age of 13, I promised myself that I would never be a heavy smoker, and I stuck to that, usually smoking about half a pack for many years. But I really loved my analogs, so I was constantly denying myself the smoke I really wanted. In return, I ate more to compensate, mostly sweets and junk food. When I started vaping, I went wild vaping as much as I wanted. Suddenly, it became so much easier to push away from the table, and pass right by fast food places. I exchanged all that comfort food for my vape! I think the unexpected health benefits I get from healthier eating are probably more pronounced than the benefits from giving up analogs!
