I started off on 24mg which seemed to be fine.... then tried 18 which didn't seem to be much less than 24.

Now I'm at 12 and contemplating going down to 8 or maybe 6.

My PV isn't glued to my hand 24/7, but I do like to vape pretty often. I usually take a drag or two, set it down for 10 to 15 minutes, repeat.

I don't know if I just cant tolerate the nicotine as much anymore or what.

Many started too low or too high. Just as you could smoke more some days, one can order a higher nic. than necessary & get used to it. I have noticed some are using a higher nic. level than necessary, maybe many of us are ...

:smokie:

Yeah thats what I did. I was about a half pack a day while at work and when I was home I probably only smoked less than half of that.

So there probably was no need for me to start at 24mg.

I have, kind of to my surprise. I started at 18mg, moved up shortly after to 24-26 with a little 36 in there. When I settled on a favorite liquid enough to buy half a liter of it, I bought some 24 & some 36, but also (fortunately) some 0mg. At some point soon after, i started realizing that the 45-minute chain vape to work at 24mg left me a bit jumpy and nauseous, so I started mixing it down to 16. Then 12, which is where I am now throughout the day. But I still start out the morning (coffee and computer for an hour or more) at 36mg. Since I really like the sensation of high-nic--that rough, scratchy thing--I kind of wish I could do 36mg all day and night, but I can't.
